Withdrawal Form

1. Who This Form Is For

This form is for consumers who buy physical products from the WyvUP shop. Under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason and without penalty.

Digital content and services (theme access, the subscription website, custom design, add-on services) are exempt from the right of withdrawal under Article 15 of the Regulation; their refund rules are set out on the Cancellation & Refund Policy page.

2. How to Withdraw

The easiest way is the shop refund request page: enter your order number and e-mail address. Your request is recorded, you receive a confirmation e-mail immediately and our team replies within 2 business days at the latest.

You may also fill in the text below and send it by e-mail to hello@wyvup.com or in writing to Adalet Mah. Manas Bulvarı Folkart Towers B Kule No:39 Kat:25 Kapı No:2511 Bayraklı / İzmir. It is enough that the notice is sent within the period; you then have a further 10 days to return the goods to us.

4. Returning the Goods

• Send the goods back within 10 days of your withdrawal notice, if possible in the original box and with the invoice. The return address and our contracted carrier are given in our reply to your request; when the contracted carrier is used, return shipping is at our cost.
• You are not liable for any diminished value as long as you have handled the goods only as needed to establish their nature and characteristics. Signs of use, damage or missing parts may be deducted from the refund.
• Goods made to your specification, sealed goods unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed, and goods liable to deteriorate rapidly are exempt from withdrawal under Article 15 of the Regulation; where this applies it is stated clearly on the product page.

5. Refund

Within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice we refund the price of the goods and any delivery cost by the payment method you used (to your card via iyzico). Your bank may take 3 to 7 business days to post the amount. You receive an e-mail when the refund is made and it appears in your order history.
