Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Service Cancellation

Clients on flexible monthly plans may cancel their subscriptions at any time via the client portal or by emailing [email protected], effective from the next billing cycle.

2. Refund Conditions & Exceptions

Under consumer protection regulations, customized software configurations and instant cloud server provisions are exempt from standard statutory withdrawal. However, under WyvUP policy, refunds are provided as follows:

• Pre-deployment Cancellation (First 24 Hours): If server provisioning has not commenced within 24 hours of order placement, a 100% full refund is issued.
• Post-Deployment & Handover: Once deployment is completed and servers are allocated, third-party infrastructure and licensing costs cannot be refunded retroactively.
• Domain Name Registrations: Under ICANN regulations, registered or transferred domain names cannot be refunded or cancelled.

3. Refund Execution

Approved refunds are processed via the payment gateway (PayTR) back to the original card or bank account within 3 to 7 business days.
