Terms and conditions for digital services, software deployment, and managed cloud subscriptions.

The natural or legal person who places an order and submits contact/billing details through wyvup.com.
2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
This Agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties pursuant to applicable consumer and commercial regulations concerning the sale, setup, and delivery of managed websites, cloud hosting, and software solutions.
3. SERVICE SPECIFICATIONS & DELIVERY
- Digital Delivery Period: Digital deployment is completed within 72 hours (3 business days) following order confirmation.
- No Physical Shipment: All deliverables are strictly digital software and managed hosting services; no physical goods are shipped.
4. PAYMENT & BILLING
Payments are processed securely via licensed payment gateways (e.g., PayTR) using 256-bit SSL encryption and 3D Secure authentication. Official e-invoices are sent to the registered email.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & EXCEPTIONS
Pursuant to consumer protection laws regarding digital goods and services executed immediately in electronic medium, statutory withdrawal rights may not apply once digital provisioning has commenced.
However, orders cancelled before server setup initiation within 24 hours are entitled to a full refund under our policy.
6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In disputes arising from this contract, Izmir Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized for commercial parties.
