2. The Service
Managed website service: design and deployment of your site, hosting, SSL certificate, daily backups, security updates and content updates for the duration of the subscription. The plan, theme and any add-ons you selected are itemised in your order summary and in the confirmation email sent to you.
3. Price and Payment
- The amount shown at checkout is the total payable including VAT. No additional charge is made beyond it.
- Payment is taken by card through iyzico, a licensed payment institution. Your card details never reach us and are not stored on our systems.
- The subscription runs for the period you chose. If you do not want it to renew, mark end-of-period cancellation in your panel; no automatic charge is taken from your card.
- Your official e-archive invoice is emailed to you within the statutory period after payment.
4. Delivery and Performance
The service is digital; there is no physical delivery. Once your payment is approved your account and panel are created automatically and your credentials are sent to you. Your site goes live once your content and images reach us.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Under Article 15/1-(ğ) of the distance sales regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to intangible services performed and delivered instantly online. Our service falls within that scope.
As our own commitment nonetheless: if setup work has not yet begun, we refund the full amount on request within the first 24 hours. Details are on the Cancellation and Refund page.
6. Complaints and Disputes
Send any request or complaint to [email protected] or our WhatsApp line. If it cannot be resolved, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court where you live, within the monetary thresholds set annually by the Ministry of Trade.
7. Validity of This Form
You confirm separately that you have read this form when completing your order. The date, time, your IP address and browser information at the moment of confirmation are recorded and kept as proof that the contract was formed.
