Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose and Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy protects network performance, IP reputation, and shared cloud integrity. Every tenant hosting websites or utilizing WyvUP software infrastructure must adhere to these standards.

2. Strictly Prohibited Activities & Content

Hosting, transmitting, or facilitating any of the following activities on WyvUP infrastructure is categorically forbidden:

• Cyberattacks & Network Probing: Launching DDoS floods, unauthorized vulnerability probing, botnet C2 hosting, or automated credential stuffing.
• Fraud & Phishing: Brand impersonation, phishing landing pages, credential harvesting, or deceptive financial schemes.
• Spam & Mass Unsolicited Emailing: Unsolicited mass mailing, harvesting, or actions causing server IP blacklisting on global RBLs.
• Unlawful Content & Illegal Gambling: Illegal gambling, hate speech, violent extremism, or content classified as statutory criminal offenses under Turkish Criminal Code and Law No. 5651.
• Copyright Infringement & Piracy: Hosting pirated media, unlicensed warez, unauthorized IPTV streams, or counterfeit merchandise.
• Crypto Mining & Resource Exhaustion: Cryptocurrency mining scripts, heavy background scrapers, or abusive process loops that starve adjacent multi-tenant containers.

3. Abuse Response & Immediate Remediation

Upon discovering verified abuse or receiving statutory notices from law enforcement or cybersecurity authorities (USOM, BTK), WyvUP exercises the right to:

1. Immediately suspend the offending webspace or container with zero prior notice.
2. Quarantine or freeze compromised files and databases for forensic audit.
3. Transmit server logs, client credentials, and access timestamps to competent law enforcement agencies.
4. Terminate the underlying service agreement for cause with no refund, reserving all rights to pursue damages.
