1. Scope
These terms apply to everyone who uses wyvup.com, operated by Yiğit CENGİZ, trading as WyvUP ("WyvUP", "we").
2. Information and prices
What the site says about templates, platforms, services and prices is for information. Template prices are announced with each platform release. For custom work, the binding document is the written quote we send you and you accept; scope, timing, price and payment are set out there.
3. Template previews
Live previews let you try a template in your browser. They are not a licence to use it. Downloading, copying or rebuilding a template from its preview, its code or its images without buying a licence is not allowed. Sample names, photos, prices and contact details in the previews are placeholders.
Asking to be notified about a template is free and does not oblige you to buy. We write to you when the version you chose is released; see our privacy notice.
4. Who owns the content
The text, design, code, logo, our mascot Ada, 3D scenes, videos and template previews on this site belong to WyvUP or are used with permission. Client websites, images and brands shown as references belong to those clients and appear with their permission. Short quotes are fine if you name WyvUP and link to the page.
5. What you may not do
- Try to get around the site's security, access servers without permission or disrupt the site.
- Put unusual load on the site with automated tools.
- Download and use template previews or source code without a licence.
- Contact us in someone else's name or with misleading information.
6. Links to other sites
The site links to WhatsApp, the Chrome Web Store, Google and our clients' websites. Their owners are responsible for their content and privacy practices.
7. Liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always run without interruption or error. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss from decisions based on general information on the site. Liability for intent or gross negligence, and any rights you have as a consumer, are not affected.
8. Governing law and language
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. They are also published in Turkish (Kullanım ve Hizmet Koşulları), which additionally covers our service contracts. Questions: hello@wyvup.com.
