- If you write to us or ask to be notified about a template, we keep your name, email and message so we can answer. Nothing else.
- Analytics and advertising tools load only if you allow them in the cookie panel. Say no and they never load.
- We don't sell your data and we don't send newsletters.

Our address is a virtual office; the team works online. Email is the fastest way to reach us.
2. What we collect and why
- When you browse. Our hosting provider (Wix) and its network provider (Cloudflare) process technical data for every request: IP address, browser, the page you open and the time. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure.
- When you ask to be notified about a template. Your email, the template and the platform you picked. We use it once, to tell you when that version is released, and to count which platform people want.
- When you contact us. Your name, email and message. We use them to answer you and, if you ask for it, to prepare a quote.
- If you allow analytics. Google Analytics counts which pages are visited and which buttons are used (for example "Live preview" or "Get this template"). It sets a cookie and receives your IP address and browser details. It does not receive what you type in our forms.
- If you allow advertising. If we run ads, the ad platform (Google, Meta or TikTok) learns whether a visitor who came from an ad contacted us. No advertising tag is active on the site today.
If you are in the EU or UK, our legal bases are: taking steps at your request before a contract (contact and notification requests), legitimate interest (running and securing the site) and consent (analytics and advertising). Turkish data protection law (KVKK) also applies to us.
3. Who else processes it
- Wix.com hosts the site. Messages and notification requests are stored as contacts in our Wix account.
- Cloudflare sits in front of the site for speed and protection.
- Google runs our company email (Google Workspace) and, with your consent, Google Analytics.
- Authorities, only where the law requires it.
These providers process data in several countries, including the United States, Israel and EU member states. We transfer data to them under their standard data processing terms.
4. How long we keep it
- Notification requests: deleted 6 months after we announce the release you asked about, or after 24 months if that version is never released.
- Messages that don't lead to work: deleted 2 years after our last exchange.
- Correspondence, quotes and invoices for work you order: 10 years, as Turkish commercial and tax law requires (Turkish Commercial Code art. 82, Tax Procedure Law).
- Analytics: at most 14 months in Google Analytics.
You can ask us to delete your data earlier at any time, unless the law requires us to keep it.
5. Cookies and browser storage
Cookies the site needs are always on. Analytics and advertising cookies are set only with your permission: the panel shows "Accept" and "Reject" side by side, and "Settings" lets you choose each one. Nothing is pre-ticked. Change your choice any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the page.

We also keep a few small notes in your browser that are never sent to us: the device view you chose in a template preview and the source tag of an ad link you arrived from (both cleared when you close the tab), the last template you looked at, and that you closed or used the language suggestion, so we don't show it again. The suggestion depends on your browser language and the country you connect from; Cloudflare tells your browser the country from our own address, and it is neither sent anywhere nor stored.
6. Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, get a copy, have it corrected or deleted, object to its use, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to kvkk@wyvup.com. We answer within 30 days, free of charge, and may ask you to confirm your identity. You can also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or, in the EU or UK, to your local data protection authority.

When we add a tool or change how we handle data, we update this page and the date above.
