Products on Instagram, orders in DMs
The menu is in a post, the price is in a message. Customers ask, then give up while they wait for an answer.
WyvBusiness · Small businesses and brands
We build an ecommerce site on Shopify that sells your products and brings orders and payments together in one dashboard. Design, product entry, payments and launch are included; inquiries arrive in WhatsApp ready to go.
01The problem
The menu is in a post, the price is in a message. Customers ask, then give up while they wait for an answer.
Customers ask to see the product, wait, and forget. The sale goes cold before it starts.
Size, model, address: everything gets explained again on the phone, and the team spends its time on the same questions.
02A familiar day
The same scene plays out at most businesses that sell products.
They like the product, but there's no price listed. They send a DM: "Price?"
Price, color and stock are explained by message, and an IBAN is sent for payment.
The customer gets busy with something else. No receipt arrives, and there's no record of the order.
The team answers the same questions for other customers again; who wanted what gets lost in the messages.
With a product page, a cart and a checkout, the same customer could have placed the order without asking.
03DMs or a store
04What we do
Product catalog, variants, payments, shipping and return settings. Orders in one dashboard.
Service pages, a quote form and bookings. The visitor's choices are written into a ready-to-send WhatsApp message.
Your company's own work instead of stock images, edited with the same lighting and color.
The right category, hours and photos on the map; calls and directions in one tap.
Your site, social media and ads come from the same team and speak the same language.
3D product rotation, a distance calculator, a system selector: small tools that make selling easier.
05Channels
One catalog, multiple channels. Each channel has its own requirements; we check them together before setup.
Your catalog syncs to Meta; one tap takes people from a post to the product page.
Products can be listed on Google, and with a Google Business Profile you show up on Maps and in search.
Customers with a question message you from the product page; the product they were looking at is already in the message.
Online orders with an in-store pickup option; inventory for both channels from the same dashboard.
06Why Shopify?
Shopify's own dashboard and apps. We pick the ones that will help your business together before setup.
Products, variants and inventory in one place; every order's status, address and payment in the dashboard.
The checkout page runs on Shopify's secure infrastructure; in Turkey, you collect payments in TL through local providers such as iyzico.
The provider application and commission are the business's responsibility. For custom-priced or made-to-measure jobs, a draft order is prepared and a payment link is sent to the customer.
Discount codes, plus automatic reminder emails to customers who leave items in their cart.
On-site chat and contact forms; requests are collected in one inbox.
Products sync to Google Merchant Center and are ready for free listings and ads.
Google's country and product policies apply. The Shopify subscription, app fees and payment provider commissions are paid by the business.
07From post to order
The product tag in a post or the profile link opens the product page; the price, options and delivery details are right there.
Dimensions, materials, delivery time and installation details on one page.
A link from a post, Google or WhatsApp opens the product directly.
Options and quantity are in the cart; payment is by card, through the store's payment provider.
The team sees the order, address and payment in the dashboard, and the customer gets an automatic confirmation email.

08Affiliate marketing
With Shopify Collabs, Shopify's official affiliate app, you work with creators and influencers: each one gets a unique link and discount code, and instead of spending your ad budget up front, you pay commission on each sale that comes in.
You send invites directly to creators or open an application page on your site. You can also make an open commission offer to everyone.
You send creators gift products or discount codes, so the promotion comes from someone who has actually used the product.
Sales are matched to each creator's link and code, so you don't calculate commissions by hand in a spreadsheet.
Creator payments are made from within Collabs; on eligible plans they can be automated with Shopify Flow.
Based on the Shopify Help Center (October 2026). Shopify Collabs is available on all Shopify plans except Starter and Retail. We check your store's eligibility together during setup.

How it works
What do you sell, how do customers find you, where do inquiries come from? We plan the Shopify setup together.
Your own photos, your product or service pages, your quote and order flow. You approve the draft before it goes live.
Launch on your own domain, with WhatsApp and Google Business Profile connections and dashboard training.

If you sell products, we recommend Shopify: catalog, payments, shipping and orders in one dashboard. If you only need quotes, bookings and a page to present your services, Wix may be more practical.
