The big idea
A configurator with a weight limit
Choose a model, insulation, solar package, interior and heating, and the price, weight and production time update. A bar shows how close the build is to the 3,500 kg trailer limit.

A model you can turn
Three models are drawn to real dimensions and turn as you drag. Buttons show the frame, the floor plan, the measurements and the labels, and four materials can be brought to the front.

Opening up the wall
The wall section is split into six numbered layers, from the thermo-wood cladding to the birch plywood inside. Each layer opens to show its thickness and what it does.

Rooms before numbers
Before the price, three stacked cards show the inside: the loft with its gallery void, the sliding glass front and the terrace.

Price and weight in one place
The calculator has five steps. Every choice updates the price, the weight and the production days together; once the weight passes 3,500 kg, the note says the house can only travel by road with a special permit.

A plain comparison
A table sets light steel against reinforced concrete and timber frame on six criteria, from build time to recyclability.
Why we did it this way
Whether the house can go on the road depends on its weight.
