Filterable portfolio
The concept presents twelve residence, villa, loft and mansion projects in four cities, filtered by type, city and status.
Filter a developer's portfolio by city, type and sales status, and read each project's measurements and floor plans.
Housing developers usually sell with renderings and adjectives, so buyers can't compare projects on facts. We tested a site built around a 'measurement logbook' that records daylight, ceiling height, insulation and green space for every project.
ConceptA fictional brand we designed end to end to test an idea. Not a client project; every feature on it works and you can open it live.
The minimum values from the concept's sample logbook.
Each project page opens with the same set of measured values, so projects can be compared line by line. Design decisions are explained with the number behind them, such as a 2.10 m balcony depth.
The concept presents twelve residence, villa, loft and mansion projects in four cities, filtered by type, city and status.
Each unit type has a drawn plan with room names and net area.
Permits, structure, facade and finishing are shown as stages with the delivery date for each project.
Payment plan, delay compensation, interior changes and the process for foreign buyers are answered in a few sentences each.
The portfolio page filters twelve projects by type, city and status and can sort them. Delivered projects stay on the list, so the record can still be read.
Each project page lists its unit types with gross and net area, how many were built, how many are left and a price range. Choosing a row opens that type's plan.
Plans are drawn from room data, with room names, net areas, a scale bar and a north arrow. Below, the delivery date sits next to four construction stages and their completion percentages.
The company page turns the brand idea into a plain table: six headings, each with its minimum value and the standard or condition it is measured by.
On the home page the portfolio cards tilt towards the cursor as it moves over them. Each card keeps the status, district, type and area range on its face.
