Travel agencies often leave it unclear what a package includes, so visitors leave to compare prices elsewhere. We tested a tour site where every included and excluded item is on the card and the price is calculated in front of the visitor.
ConceptA fictional brand we designed end to end to test an idea. Not a client project; every feature on it works and you can open it live.
Calculated with the concept's own formula for an 8-day trip; the prices are sample figures from the concept.
Each tour card lists flights, hotel, guide and transfers next to the price. The booking drawer shows the 20% due now and when the balance is charged.
Pick a region, travel style and companions, slide the number of days, and the estimated price updates instantly.
Limited-spot packages show remaining seats and a countdown, then mark themselves as ended.
A coach weekend page lists each stop, what is included, the hotel, what to bring and the cancellation rules.
Package tour terms, deposit limits, licenses and the privacy notice are written in plain language in one place.
Each campaign card shows how many seats are taken, the old and the new price and the time left. When a campaign ends, the card stays and says it has ended.
The Japan route stays in place while you scroll: Tokyo, then the Shinkansen and Fuji, then Kyoto. The price and the booking button stay at the bottom the whole time.
Nine tours can be filtered by style. Every card shows the number of days, the departure month, what is included, the old price and the price per person.
Region, travel style and travel companions are chosen as cards; the trip length goes from 4 to 16 days. The summary shows the price per person, the total and the 20% deposit side by side.
The Datça coach weekend has its own page: seven stops with their times, a photo for each, and a price bar that stays at the bottom. Departure points and common questions come towards the end.
