What we did
Off-plan buyers can't see the home, and they worry about their money if construction stops. We tested a site that shows the apartment before it exists and explains buyer protections in plain steps.

The big idea
From the coast road to the living room
One scroll takes the visitor from the coast road into the courtyard and up to a living room on the 14th floor. There the 360° tour takes over, with five points on the plan and an autoplay walk.
Loan or installments
The same home is priced side by side with a bank loan and the developer's interest-free installment plan.
Construction progress
Each project shows progress by stage and the months left until delivery.
Buyer protections
Five safeguards, from building permits to completion insurance and withdrawal rights, are explained before the contract.
How we did it

The tour starts where the film ends
The scroll film stops in the 14th-floor living room and the 360° tour opens in the same room; a measured view shows wall lengths in metres.
- 02
One list for three cities
City, room count and a budget slider narrow the homes for sale; each row shows how many fit and the lowest price.
- 03
The view floor by floor
On the Rıhtım page a slider moves from the 1st to the 18th floor and states the price effect: 1.2% per floor.
- 04
Costs outside the price
The payment page adds title-deed fee, appraisal and loan fees on separate lines and applies the bank lending limit by price band.
- 05
Progress from the monthly report
Each project shows six construction stages with percentages taken from the building inspector's monthly report.
